Presented to the Association of Missing and Exploited Children's Organizations (AMECO) Conference in Tampa, Florida on April 13, 2011. Provides a discussion of the value of program monitoring and evaluation in program sustainability, as well as basic information on performance measurement and evaluation.

Presented at the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) 2011 National Conference in National Harbor, Maryland on October 11, 2011. Examines the relationship among performance measurement, evaluation, and evidence-based practices in juvenile justice and discusses some key findings from the NJJEC 2011 Needs Assessment of OJJDP grantees.
