Provides a discussion of the value of program monitoring and evaluation in program sustainability, as well as basic information on performance measurement and evaluation.

Presented at the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) 2011 National Conference in National Harbor, Maryland on October 11, 2011.
