Making Modifications to Program Reading IBRS Data into Access

Since state formats may differ from the format required by the FBI, documentation is provided to allow users to make modifications to the program that reads state-level IBR data into ACCESS. 

Be sure to choose the version of ACCESS you are planning to use.

For ACCESS 97 Users:
