  • Classification of Victim (passenger, employee, other worker, transit facility occupant, other)
  • Responding Ambulance (DC, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Arlington County, Alexandria, Fairfax County, other)
  • Hospital/Facility Name
  • Hospital/Facility Status (admitted, released, refused)
  • Property in Custody of Police Agency
